Kaaren’s varied experience as a Registered Nurse, Holistic Counseller, Shaman, & Healer (of many modalities) gives her the skills & techniques to guide her workshop participants to step out of their Fear, Restrictions & Limited Consciousness, to create a whole new reality of Self Empowerment & Expansion. Clients step out of Kaaren’s workshops feeling Clear, Confident, Refreshed & Rejuvenated.They feel able to reclaim their new gifts & to step into their full potential easily.
Kaaren teaches: Reiki, Self Empowerment, Meditation, Shamanic/ Earth connection techniques.
